I wrote about my experience of taking a Personal Sea Survival course at Seascope Maritime in Liverpool, the latest in my articles for Lloyds Register Foundation Heritage and Education Centre. Summary: I survived. I'm not sure I would if I'd been turfed into the ocean in a howling gale, but I might.
Here is the piece.

What a fascinating firsthand experience! It's always inspiring to see writers step outside their comfort zone to better understand the realities of life at sea. Stories like this make maritime safety feel both engaging and relatable. A NAATI Translator can also help share valuable experiences like these with diverse audiences across different languages.
What an engaging glimpse into the Personal Sea Survival course at Seascope Maritime! Learning practical survival skills in a controlled environment is both fascinating and valuable, especially for anyone involved in maritime activities. It's great to hear you completed the experience and gained a new appreciation for what it takes to stay safe at sea. In a different setting, essential documents like a Police Clearance Certificate are equally important when preparing for professional or international opportunities. Thanks for sharing this unique experience!
