Blood villains and heroes

It was a great honour to be asked to give one of this year's Darwin Lectures. The lectures are run every year by Darwin College, Cambridge, on a different theme. This year's was blood. Of course this year they had to be done remotely, so here I am in my attic office, talking about some villains and heroes of blood.
